BOL welcomes HLS summer associate Claire Horan

This summer, Blue Ocean Law is fortunate to be assisted by Claire Horan, a rising 2L at Harvard Law School. With a background in environmental law and social justice, Claire will assist on research tasks related to deep sea mining, West Papua, and self-determination law.
