BOL gives keynote at 2018 Pacific Climate Conference

Julian gave a keynote address entitled “To Hell with Drowning” at the annual Pacific Climate Conference held in Wellington, New Zealand. In his address, Julian discussed the impending industry of deep sea mining and how the Pacific is once again being treated as proving grounds for this dangerous, experimental extractive industry.
