Julian argues Davis v. Guam before 9th Circuit
On October 10th, Julian argued on behalf of the Government of Guam in Davis v. Guam before a panel of judges in the Ninth Circuit in Honolulu, Hawaii. The case concerns the right of the native inhabitants of Guam to exercise their self-determination and express their views regarding their future political status in a non-binding plebiscite poll.
